Purchasing Tickets
Tickets for all events can be purchased online through our official ticketing system Vivenu and at the M&T Bank Center box Office. Check out our events page for all tickets.
All sales are final. Refunds or exchanges will only be issued if an event is canceled or rescheduled. In the case of a reschedule, your original tickets remain valid. If you’re unable to attend the new date, please contact us within the specified timeframe for assistance.
M&T Bank Center has NO association with StubHub, Vivid Seats, Seat Geek, or any third-party resellers. We accept no responsibility or liability for tickets purchased through these or any other unauthorized outlets, and such tickets may be invalid for admission. The only way to guarantee authentic and valid tickets is by purchasing directly through the M&T Bank Center’s official ticketing platform, Vivenu.
Admission
Each guest must present a valid ticket for entry, unless otherwise noted. Doors typically open 60 minutes in advance to allow time for seating, security, and check-in. We recommend arriving early, especially for general admission or assigned seating events.
Cancellations
If an event is canceled, you will be notified via email or phone with instructions on refunds or credits. To ensure ticket validity, please avoid purchasing from third-party resellers—we cannot guarantee the authenticity of these tickets.
Ticket Transfers
Ticket transfers are generally allowed, but policies may vary by event. If transfers are permitted, you may give your ticket to another guest without needing to update the name on the order—unless otherwise specified.
