SCHENECTADY, N.Y. – SwagHouse Productions, LLC is proud to announce an exciting new chapter for two of the Capital Region’s premier consumer events. Beginning in 2027, both the New York Women’s Expo and the newly rebranded Upstate FitFest will call the M&T Bank Center at Mohawk Harbor in Schenectady their new home.
Formerly known as the New York Fitness & Wellness Expo, Upstate FitFest will make its debut under its new nameJune 5th & 6th, bringing together fitness enthusiasts, wellness brands, healthy living experts, athletes, families, and the community for an immersive weekend celebrating health, wellness, and active lifestyles.
The New York Women’s Expo will continue its tradition as one of the region’s largest events for women and March for it’s 17th annual event March 17th & 18th at the M&T Bank Center.
The move to Schenectady provides significant opportunities for growth, including expanded exhibit space, increased parking capacity, enhanced indoor and outdoor event areas, and the ability to introduce new interactive experiences for attendees, exhibitors, and sponsors alike.

Upstate FitFest will feature hundreds of exhibitors, live group fitness classes, wellness seminars, healthy cooking demonstrations, outdoor workouts overlooking the Mohawk River, recovery and wellness experiences, family-friendly activities, healthy food vendors, competitions, and entertainment throughout the weekend.
Likewise, the New York Women’s Expo will expand its offerings with additional shopping, fashion, beauty, health and wellness, inspirational speakers, business networking, entertainment, and interactive experiences.
SwagHouse Productions expects both events to be its largest and most dynamic to date, with expanded exhibitor opportunities, increased attendance, and exciting new sponsorship partnerships.
